CO-OPERATING BROKER POLICY
We love Realtors, and we love it when they introduce their clients to our new home communities! We have developed the Ryder Homes Cooperating Broker Policy in the interest of fairness and transparency. To qualify for a referral fee, Realtors® must meet our Policy’s requirements, which are summarized below:
1. Cooperating REALTORS must register their clients prior to their FIRST contact with our sales team in one of the following ways:
- Accompany the client, in person, on their client’s first visit to the community.
- Fill out the form on this page or register their client(s) on the community’s website PRIOR to their client’s first independent online registration.
- Call the sales office and register their client(s) PRIOR to their client’s first contact with the Ryder Sales Team.
2. Cooperating REALTORS ® must provide their clients' correct first and last names, phone numbers, and email addresses to register their clients properly.
3. Client registrations are only valid for 90 days from the registration date.
4. All cooperating REALTORS must have a valid Real Estate License in the state the community is in (California/Nevada).
