The Ryder Homes VIP Priority List program is a special offering that allows prospective homebuyers to receive priority access to new home releases in Ryder Homes communities. This program is designed to help buyers secure homes in highly competitive markets by giving them early notifications and the opportunity to reserve a home before they are made available to the general public.
Why Join the VIP Priority List?
1. Early Access to New Home Releases: VIP members receive notifications about new home releases before they are made available to the public, giving them an advantage in selecting their preferred homes.
2. Priority in Home Selection: Members on the list get prioritized access to reserve homes based on their position on the VIP Priority List.
3. Exclusive Updates: VIP members are kept informed with timely updates about home availability, pricing, community developments, and upcoming events.
4. Access to Pricing Information: VIP members receive pricing details before they are publicly available, allowing them to make more informed decisions.
5. Invitations to Exclusive Events: VIP members may be invited to special events such as private tours, open houses, and pre-release previews.
How to Join the VIP Priority List:
1. Registration:
• Interested homebuyers can join the VIP Priority List by signing up through the Ryder Homes website or by visiting the sales o^ice for the specific community they are interested in. (CLICK HERE TO REGISTER)
2. Pre-Qualification with Preferred Lender:
• To secure a position on the VIP Priority List, homebuyers must get pre-qualified with Ryder Homes' preferred lender 🡪 CLICK HERE TO GET STARTED
• The date on the **pre-qualification letter** from the preferred lender determines the homebuyer’s position on the VIP list. Therefore, the earlier you complete pre-qualification, the higher your priority will be for new home releases.
3. Receive VIP Updates:
• After joining and completing pre-qualification, VIP members will receive exclusive email notifications regarding upcoming home releases, community updates, and pricing before the information is made available to the general public.
VIP Priority List Sales Release Instructions*:
1. VIP Priority Notifications:
• When Ryder Homes releases a new phase or a group of homes, VIP members receive exclusive notifications with detailed information on the available homes, including floor plans, lot locations, and pricing.
2. RSVP Before the Deadline:
• If you are interested in any of the homes included in the upcoming sales release, you must email the Ryder sales team to RSVP before the deadline specified in the sales release notification alert.
3. Priority-Based Home Selection:
• Priority for selecting and reserving homes is determined by each buyer's position on the VIP Priority List. Those who pre-qualified earliest with Ryder’s preferred lender will be given first priority in the home selection process.
4. The Day of the Sales Release:
• On the day of the sales release, which is usually a Saturday, the Ryder sales team will begin contacting the VIP Members that RSVP’d in the order based on their priority position.
• Each homebuyer will have the option to reserve one of the available homes when they are contacted, or they can pass and maintain their priority position for future sales releases.
5. Finalizing the Purchase:
• Once a VIP member selects a home, they must sign a Reservation Agreement and deliver their Reservation Deposit to the specified title company within 48 hours.
• Next, they will finalize the home purchase process, working with the Ryder Homes sales team to complete a purchase agreement.
The Ryder Homes VIP Priority List program is an excellent opportunity for serious buyers to gain an edge in competitive markets by securing early access to new homes and having the best chance at reserving a home in their desired community.
