Constructing one of Ryder Homes' thoughtfully designed floor plans on your land with the Ryder Concierge Build Program offers a range of significant benefits. Ryder Homes' floor plans are crafted with both aesthetics and functionality in mind, allowing you to enjoy modern, efficient living spaces that suit your lifestyle while enhancing your land’s value.  Additionally, choosing a Ryder Homes floor plan simplifies the process by offering ready-to-build solutions that align with local building codes and zoning requirements, ensuring a smoother, more predictable path to homeownership. 

The Ryder Concierge Program is currently only offered for qualifying properties in Northern Nevada.

    How It Works:

    Initial Consultation

    The process begins with an initial meeting with a Ryder Concierge.  This expert will discuss your vision, preferences, and the specifics of your land. They will  assess your site and help you understand how different floor plans might fit your property.

      Plan Selection

      With the Concierge's guidance, you select one of Ryder Homes’ pre designed floor plans that best aligns with your needs and the characteristics of your land.  The Concierge provides insights into how each plan can be adapted to your property,  ensuring it complements the land’s natural features and meets your lifestyle requirements.

        Site Assessment and Customization

        The Concierge coordinates a thorough assessment  of your land to determine how the chosen floor plan can be optimally situated. They will  help you with customization options to tailor the design to fit your specific lot, taking into  account factors like terrain, orientation, and local regulations.

          Streamlined Approvals

          Ryder Concierges facilitate the process of obtaining necessary  permits and approvals, leveraging their knowledge of local codes and requirements. This  ensures that the project proceeds smoothly and in compliance with all regulations.

            Coordination and Oversight

            Throughout the construction process, the Concierge acts as  a liaison between you and the construction team. They provide regular updates, address  concerns, and ensure the project stays on track and within budget.

              Final Touches

              Once construction is nearing completion, the Concierge assists with final  inspections and ensures that all details meet your satisfaction before you move in.
