Ryder Homes Takes Away Four Prestigious Awards at the 2018 BANN-er Awards!

At the 22nd annual Builders Association of Northern Nevada (BANN) awards we were recognized for several awards and we couldn't be more proud. We strive everyday to create an intimate customer relationship coupled with award winning home products for what we believe is the best home building experience in Northern Nevada.
Our top priority is to ensure that homeowners love their new home and our Warranty Program ensures that they do, this commitment has earned us the award for "Outstanding Construction Support Warranty Program".
Last year The Pointe at Somersett took home the award for "Best on the Boards Product" and has followed up this year with two more awards "Best New Home Community by a Private Builder over $400,000" and "Best New Home Product by a Private Builder of a Production Home with a value over $400,000".
Last and certainly not least we were humbled to take home the "Builder of the Year" for 2018!
