With Buildings 13 and 14 scheduled for their first move-ins towards the end of this May, sales and construction are both in full swing at Casoleil by Ryder Homes. Construction on the Casoleil project originally started in 2006, but was halted in 2009 due to the recession. At that time 70 units had been completed, in addition to the private residence clubhouse, pool/spa, and fitness center. Ryder Homes purchased the project and the existing 9 pads in 2015 and have since updated the clubhouse, re-engineered the floor plans and started construction on the remaining 45 units. Given the below market pricing, open floor plans, and designer standard finishes, 7 out of the 9 units have already been spoken for, but Unit 1302 priced at $199,900 and Unit 1403 priced at $214,900 still remain!
Stop by between 10 am and 5 pm, Thursday through Monday to check out the community and tour the buildings that are currently under construction. These last two units won't last long, but we will be releasing more buildings soon.
