New Phase Under Construction at Shadow Ridge


Both the Plan 1 and Plan 5 model homes have just been renovated and our team is just about to being framing on the new Plan 4 and Plan 6 models.  If that wasn't exciting enough, site work is also underway on the next 76 lots at Shadow Ridge!

Our team has worked extremely hard to modernize the exteriors, floor plans, and finishes to meet the current homebuyer demand, and probably the biggest addition is the new StudioPlus Plan.  The StudioPlus plan features a separate entrance, kitchenette, living room, and a full master suite making it perfect for multi-generational living, a workspace, additional rental income, or a "man-cave".  

The new models are expected to be completed this coming Fall/Winter 2015, and our first production homes should be ready around 45 to 60 days after the models.  

Our sales team is still waiting on the Real Estate Divisions approval to release our first 10 homes for sale, which we anticipate to be towards the middle of this coming July 2015.  However, now is the time to secure your spot on the Priority Interest List, which will determine the order in which you will be able to select your new homesite at Shadow Ridge.  To get on the Priority List, simply go to and get pre-approved with our preferred lender, Guild Mortgage.  You can also contact Shayla Gifford and her team at (775) 200-0155.
